Kins Park Project

The Kins Park Project is a transformative renovation of a 1950s-era Florida home, focusing primarily on the kitchen and bathrooms. The design approach focused on the integration of modern functionality while maintaining elements of the original character and charm.

In the Kitchen, the renovation brings in contemporary finishes and fixtures while maintaining a retro-inspired aesthetic, creating a fresh yet moody atmosphere. The bathrooms received similar attention, with handmade tiles laid in nostalgic patterns. The result is a space that respects its mid-century origins but offers the comforts and convenience of modern-day living.

Tobin Revival Project

The "Tobin Revival Project" is an ongoing renovation of a 1980s home, starting with a true blank slate. This project has been a deeply rewarding collaboration with a family who cherishes the beauty of collected treasures and seeks to incorporate heirloom-quality details into their everyday living space.

The design approach has been to blend the practical needs of a functional family home with the timeless elegance of carefully chosen, vintage-inspired elements. The space is being transformed to tell a story through thoughtful design, where every piece feels personal. Starting with the Primary Suite this phased project is far from over, keep checking in for updates.
